Cancellation Policies
To guarantee your spot with us a 50 % deposit is requested. Once we are fully booked if your deposit has not been received, we CAN NOT guarantee Animal and House Sitting Services. Any cancellation penalties will be applied at the discretion of Critter Crew.
Cancellations during a NON-Major Holiday
If you cancel your reservation during a NON-Major Holiday with at least 2 weeks of notice a service charge of up to 5% may be applied.
If a service is cancelled during a Non-Major Holiday with less than 1 week (7 days) a cancellation fee of up to 20% may be applied.
Cancellations during a Major Holiday
Due to our limited availability, reservations during a Major Holiday must be pre-paid in full by clients to guarantee reservation of services. If the reservation is not pre-paid, Critter Crew will cannot guarantee the reservation.
If you cancel your reservation more than two weeks (14 days) from the reservation time during a major holiday period a service fee of up to 15% may apply.
If you cancel the reservation with less than 14 days and more than 7 days notice during a Major Holiday, a cancellation fee of up to 50% may apply with the remainder of the payment being refunded.
No refund of payment is available if a service is cancelled during a Major Holiday with less than one week (7 days) of notice.
EARLY RETURNS / LAST MINUTE CHANGES
It is not unusual for trip plans to change at the last minute. However, please understand that Critter Crew carefully schedules bookings for you and our other clients. Therefore, there are NO REFUNDS for early returns or last-minute changes to pet boarding services.
