Meet the Crew!

If you are going on holiday and need a house-sitter or someone to look after your small hairy critter.  If you need someone to care for those with four hooves,     we will cover and feed and even pick up their poo.   We are friendly and caring and experienced too, so pick up the phone and call Now, then relax and plan your break!

Rosie is the owner and creator of Critter Crew. She has been working with animals for more than 15 years. She grew up on the family farm in the Selwyn District. Although her parents are not horsie, Rosie is a passionate equestrian rider, and also has a keen interest in harness racing. She worked in a local racing stable for approximately 5 years, as a stable hand.
Having completed her Certificate in Early Childhood Education (Nanny) in 2008 Rosie has been working as a Nanny ever since. While nannying is predominently caring for children, there is also a responsibility to look after a household including pets and animals.
Rosie also completed a year as the Show Secretary and Vice President of a local adult riding club. She has bred two horses. One racehorse and one crossbred. She owns and competes her own horse (Solo), and also owns Trouble (the Dog), and Fluffy (the Cat).
